Shopping For Organic And NON GMO Food With Moms Across America Founder Zen Honeycutt

Weight Loss Tip: One nutritional tip people should implement is to realize when you are hungry and when you are just bored. A lot of the time, we eat simply because there is nothing else to do, and it will help pass the time. Try to eat only when you need to and not just because you can.

Shop with me in a healthy store and look at what we need to look for and avoid in our foods. It’s not always clear.

Just a little heads up….July 4th omg! Ohmygreen.com launches and sells ONLY Non GMO and organic food online, so you don’t have to do all this scrutiny. But its good to know anyway!

Are there GMOs in your vitamins? Many people try to get themselves better by taking multiple supplements but still don’t feel well. When they take a closer look at their vitamins, they find that they most likely contain GMOs. When they find a GMO free ( and often gluten free) source they report feeling better.

Because just one bar of chocolate is never enough. But we don’t want GMO guilt now do we? That’s no fun.

Do your juices have sugar that is only from pure cane sugar? If not it is 90% likely to be GMO. Shop carefully.

  1. Thank you so much for the information. As a vegeterian I started buying NonGMO products and fell in love with them but I jus learn from u that USDA Organic is the same.

  2. Thank you for producing this very important and informative video.  Non GMO food is essential for us all to eat, not the commercially prepared garbage.  Glyphosate, which is essentially “Roundup” is very dangerous.  Thank you for taking the time to mention this as well.  God bless.

  3. Why can’t there be a “science moms across america” — Mothers (&fathers) should promote science, & its processes that have developed & tested the technologies that you all ‘fear-monger’ – ‘scare tactics’ – ‘organic propaganda’ – you peddle this misinformation,, seemingly with good intentions,, but by utilizing psuedo-science, have missed the boat entirely…. What makes ‘organic’ so good ??
