  1. why dont you show what is really important and NOT obvious ; a demo on how to correctly/accurately take measurements, since the directions are not very good!

  2. The directions say to use the right side of your body for measurements. Now for the women, a tricep measurement…so how does one grab the skinfold on their tricep with their left hand while holding the caliper? I guess this is one where you have to have someone do it for you

  3. Can I use the 7 meas. and put into the Pollock formula to get it really right?
