  3. whenever I drink this acv + water + honey thing I always vomit.. I tried everything even I tried acv shots too but couldnt help this vomit! in the end I quit acv

  4. Can you use like to Lemon juice from the bottle ? like you can get in the produce department ? (just seems to be easy when your in a hurry )

  5. Isn’t all this acid bad for your stomach specially on an empty stomach. I was doing this for a couple of days followed by a cup of Joe and I started having lots of stomach issues like pain and acid reflux.

  6. People taking medications for treating Hyper tension(High blood Pressure) specifically taking Hydrochlothyzide(HCT) should not consume Apple Cider Vinegar no more than 1 drink per day. Additionally, consuming 3 times a day may reduce your potassium level in your body. So eat 1 or 2 bananas per day with this drink. People with diabetes (Type 2) should consult with their Doctors before consuming this drink. Otherwise it is an excellent drink for joint pain relief, anti-inflamation and other health benefits.

  7. Hi, i’ve started this regime as of Sunday gone, is it necessary to drink it with water? Because I don’t like the diluted taste, i’ve just downed the concotion like a shot – 2 table spoons of ACV (Braggs), 2 table spoons of lemon juice and a quarter tea spoon of honey. Thanks in advance… ☺
