*Your diet — If you eat right and avoid bad foods like sugar, sodas, and processed & fried foods — then you’ll lose 15 pounds faster.

Here’s is the full layout of this quick weight loss workout…

1. Do jump squats weighted or with your bodyweight according to your fitness level or you can use a chair to make it easier for you if too hard. Do 15 of these.

2. Rest 1 minute

3. Do bodyweight jump squats or just stand up and down from a chair if too hard for you.

4. Do abdominal crawls (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87NTR67cwI0) for 100 feet to work your abs in this workout. You can ab planks if no space to do ab crawls

8. Take a 5 minute break and repeat this workout 1-to-3 more times

  1. I am 4ft, 11.5 inches, and I weigh 147 pounds. Allot of it is in muscle
    because of my job, but I have more thigh and belly fat than I’d like. I’ve
    been dieting for a little over a month now, where I started at 148.8, and
    my weight has been bouncing back and forth between 147.7 and 145. My goal
    is to get back down to 120, like I was a year and a half ago. Im going to
    start doing this daily, every morning, since I’m the only one in the house
    who wakes up early. I’ve set a goal and the best way to reach a goal is to
    give yourself motivation. I got a price at a tattoo shop on a tattoo I
    want, pre-paid, and told them not to give it to me until I come back
    weighing 120. I also bought smaller pants and slimmer shirts. I currently
    wear (USA sizes) a size 13 pants and size small shirts. I want to get down
    to a size 9 and look better in my shirts.
    My advice to all of the people here who are trying to lose weight, dont
    only set your goal, but set motivation as well.

  2. Lord, Jesus!!! Thank you Adrian for this workout. After, the first round, I
    wanted to give up!!! I was able to complete the circuit in 2 rounds. I’m
    surprised I could do this exercise for a second round. My thinking is, it
    took awhile for me to gain all this weight on my body. I have to stay
    determined to watch this fat disappear. 🙂 I’m determined.
