  1. Been a week or two since I worked out and ate well. I’m going to do just this today and try eat healthier. Will be back when I’m done to tell you how I did. Hopefully I don’t die, I usually enjoy these warm ups ❤❤❤

  6. Just an improvement point; please add modified moves for people who have an injury/back problem. I did this and found the moves having to bend down flared up my back pain
