Weight Loss Tip: Stay away from fried foods if you are serious about losing weight. Instead of frying your food, use some of the many other cooking options. Try baking, roasting, braising, or steaming your food to make delicious meals that are good for you as well. You will soon find that you won't crave fried foods as much.
