Rather than simply picking an arbitrary weight as your ultimate goal, do your homework. Omron Fat Analyzer Review. My body fat percentage 9 weeks out. I have used the Omron Fat Analyzer since I started prepping for my first INBA Men’s Physique Competition. When I first started, my body fat percentage on the Omron was 12%. I have gotten reading as low as 6.5%. For the last three weeks, Justin Aryes from RIPE Gym, has been tracking my body fat progress using calipers. There is a bit of the difference from the two readings. At this point in my physique, I am now mainly going to rely on my caliper readings. A lot of the research I found online in regards to the Omron state that the machine has difficulty being accurate with low single digit body fat.
