Weight Loss Tip: If you eat meats, choose lean meats over fatty meats. Fatty meats have higher calories from fat, which make them harder to turn into proteins. Also, be sure to make meat not the major component of a meal as it has higher calories than most fruits, veggies and complex carbohydrates.
Omron Fat Analyzer Review. My body fat percentage 9 weeks out. I have used the Omron Fat Analyzer since I started prepping for my first INBA Men’s Physique Competition. When I first started, my body fat percentage on the Omron was 12%. I have gotten reading as low as 6.5%. For the last three weeks, Justin Aryes from RIPE Gym, has been tracking my body fat progress using calipers. There is a bit of the difference from the two readings. At this point in my physique, I am now mainly going to rely on my caliper readings. A lot of the research I found online in regards to the Omron state that the machine has difficulty being accurate with low single digit body fat.
