  9. Holy Dam extreme burpee. WTF lol. I like burpees the issue i have is it messes with my wrists badly. Any suggestions to help?

  10. This is perpetuating a pernicious lie. burning fat fast?  there is NO such exercise that burn’s fat to any significant degree. When compared to calories burned in a 24 hour period simply by your base metabolism, the most strenous exercise does nothing in 10 minutes. For most people, exercise will have little effect on weight loss. Let’s assume it’s twice what I’ve seen quoted for burpees for 155 lb person (100 cal).  Then that’s 200 calories after 10 minutes. Most people find it very difficult to know what they eat daily within plus or minus 500 calories. Just one extra small slice of pizza would easily more than wipe out that 200 calorie deficit. Hate burpee’s.  A nice brisk 30 minute walk burns about 150 calories AND doing that 5 times a week is about the only exercise regimen regardless of weight that has been shown to consistenly increase lifespan.
