I was 69kg and and on a diet with exercise for 3 mos and I am already at 60kg. Not bad. My work out is the same as hers. I also control my food intake. Eat less exercise more really works. Target weight is 50kg. I am 5’4 in height.

After 2nd delivery I lost pregnancy weight but my skin became flabby I do treadmill only but I cannot see any difference .Does strength training help in toning the saggy skin?

How long did it take you to loose weight ?
When you do your crunches, try not to arch your back so much. Rise with your upper abs, then push your chest forward as you come up, so you are sitting perfectly straight. You should feel the change in your lower abdomen almost immediately.
