Hello Everyone! In today’s video I show you what I did to get a flatter stomach in just 7 days and How to lose weight fast! Obviously if you are not starting with a stomach that is small the results are not going to be dramatic BUT there will definitely be a difference (about 2 to 3 inches off of the stomach). I am not a health provider, specialist or professional so I would recommend that you speak to one if you feel at risk of health problems if you follow the guidelines in this video. In this video I went on a 7 day journey experimenting with my body to see if I could shed some pounds off my stomach in just 7 days and it worked! WHAT I ATE IN A DAY:

Before breakfast:
Green smoothie
-1/2 cup of almond milk
-1/2 cup of water
-frozen fruit ( pineapples, strawberries, blueberries)
-handful of spinach and kale
-tsp of flax seeds
Blend 30-45 secs in a blender.

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, whole wheat toast with butter and jam, hot tea with no sugar, and a banana.

Lunch: 2 pieces of baked tilapia and 1 whole baked sweet potato topped with grounded cinnamon.

Dinner: Oxtails over a Salad with light dressing. (any protein of your choice)

Snacks: Fruit

*All meals throughout the day were eaten with Lemon water only!*

Exercise:
*** 10 minutes of cardio and/or ab workout per day!!!***

– Planks
