Cheryl is a 50-year old single mom of two kids, and she regularly works 12-hour shifts in the ER. Tessa is her 17-year old daughter. Starting weight is 256 lbs for mom and 181 lbs for daughter. I have learned a lot from it.   9. 42 pounds in 100 days is absolutely insane. A pound of fat is roughly 3,500 calories, thus 42×3500=147,000calories/100 days = 1,470 calories less than usual per day, which is either practically starving (instead of 2000 calories a day you eat 530) or cutting some calories and burning 1000 extra calories a day working out, which is extremely intense. Either there is lipo/lap-band going on here or these women are seriously working their asses off everyday.
