  1. The title of this is deceiving. This flow is good but definitely not
    beginner and very difficult for first thing in the morning without easing
    into it. I’ve been doing yoga for a while and could only do 10 minutes of
    it.

  3. The details she gives are relevant to a beginner, every time she mentioned
    one and I adjusted my pose, I felt the stretch intensify and the quality
    differ. Pacing is also great. If I was in Austin, I’d look her up for a
    class in person. Great job!
