  7. I’m so glad I found this! I hate workouts with jumps because they always make me feel dizzy. Also, my downstairs neighbor works shifts and I never know if he’s asleep or not so I don’t want to jump around.

  11. Can anyone please tell me what is the thickness of the mat Kelly is using? I’m looking for a mat that I can use with shoes on and which also helps me with exercises that require me to kneel down or use my knees on. Any help would be appreciated!

  12. I like urs cause it lasts a while and feels good. I’m loosing weight. I’m probably thinner then I was. I think I am but only a little.
