Happy Monday Everyone! I just KNOW all of you are sticking to your healthy eating routines and resolutions and absolutely NO ONE has fallen off yet 🙂 Yeah me too. Look, sometimes the best way to do things is gradually, especially when it comes to eating habits since you actually want to succeed, right?? Who wants to do this all over again? lol So these low calorie snacks are a great way to do just that AND they are actually very tasty! Each yummy snack is under 250 calories and perfectly portioned so you don’t have to worry about over doing it. I feel like its a great way to transition into a more healthy lifestyle and better food choices. You DO want to wind up, at some point, on WHOLE FOOD AVENUE (don’t google that) but this is a great start that’s not at all depressing. You really will feel like you haven’t missed a thing.
