    Maybe it’s because I didn’t start from a skinny base but have some fat on
    me. But I’m also slightly big boned being of Slavic nationality and not
    Irish. I’m hoping to continue working for a year and see what my physique
    develops into. I think I may be built for heavier lifting. I see some women
    at the gym with more definition in their arms and muscles at the gym but
    every time I watch them they lift about one third about as much as I do.
