  1. Hi … You are a very good teacher thanks for that, m a beginner and an mot able to touch the ground with my palms because of that my asanas are not perfect. Do I continue with the surya namaskar without touching the ground with my palms ? But I really wanna do surya namaskar every day .

  2. within how many days i can achieve flat belle if i do surya namaskar 6-7 sets a day? also i do 20-30 mins of morning walk

  3. hey yoga ppl, pls help me. when ever I try Suryanamaskar for wt loss, I notice my pelvis increasing although I keep a check on my diet. I indeed learnt Suryanamaskar when I attended art of living sessions. so Iam in a serious fix, I want to bring down weight,but again now, Iam noticing my skirts getting tight ard my waist after doing this for nearly a month???. any suggestions pls. thanks in advance. Also I do SN after an HR after having my tea as I can’t wait on empty stomach till I send my children to school . could that be a reason?
