  1. People I know we like to see results fast, but you cannot calculate a magic
    time in which you will see your body changing. Besides, every body is
    different. Just be consistent :D

  2. They said that there are two kind of people, who was born with fat thigh or
    muscle thigh. So even you have one of them, can this exercise really
    effective ??? Because i heard that if you do the wrong exercise, you’ll not
    get any results or even worst , you might end up in the bad situation. Is
    that true ??? I’m not sure about this.
