Olive oil is much healthier. You can drizzle olive oil, instead of butter, over vegetables. You can also dip your bread, or fry your eggs in olive oil instead of butter.

  2. I changed it up a little I did 45 jump and jack and immideatly switched to the next work out and did 15 push up and 20 squats and instead of doing the sit ups I did the plank for 30 seconds and I had 3 cups of water ready so during each break I drank as much water as I could
