    DOES THE EXERCISE WORK? !

  2. I’ve always hated standing abs, lol. I don’t know why. I feel more of a
    burn on my back.

  3. 1. Side Crunches 20 reps each side x 3 sets
    2. Oblique Crunches 20 reps each side x 3 sets
    3. Pike Crunches 20 reps each side x 3 sets
    4. High Knees 30 secs x 3 sets

  4. Holy crap, I thought that this would be a good way to ease into Jillian’s
    videos. This is difficult. I only made it through two sets yesterday. Going
    to push for the full three sets today. I added bicycle crunches (20 reps
    each side) and planks (30 seconds) to it as well. Pretty sore today, mainly
    in the obliques.

  5. These are good exercises to do at work in the stairwell when needing a
    quick break from sitting at your desk all day and because no one hardly
    takes the stairwell you won’t be in there looking crazy. With the exception
    of the high knees, you don’t want to break out in a sweat then having to go
    back to work.

  6. Will completing this workout, eating only fruits, vegetables and almonds,
    and drinking nine glasses of water every day help me to lose my love
    handles in a week or two?

  7. M suffering from spine problem ( vitamin d deficiency) cn i do these
    exercises during spine pain? Plz rply asap. I wnt to flat my lower belly
    fast

  8. I have had both knees replaced, & I cannot get on the floor for any
    exercises. Do you have any exercises where I can stand up & get cardio &
    weight loss ?

  9. Quite the mini upper body workout.. I did it slowly and I feel it LIKE
    CRRAAZZAAHHHH!!!!

    lost my weight.. huhuhu

  11. I have just started this and really feeling it. Is there a limit on these
    workout, can it be done everyday? I don’t want to overdo it.
