  1. a lot of people are talking about how they all lost so many pounds but I’m already thin (although of ideal weight) so I’m not looking to lose much weight, just build abs. idk what to do … should I follow this or not?

  8. I do this workout 4 days a week, at first, making sure your doing the exercise right is important, i do the warmup then jump to 18.00 minutes on the video for a faster workout. I also use a wonder core 2 on alternate days, all it takes is 20 minutes a day, everyday. Great workout X

  11. day 1..I almost did more than half of dis but I have moved my body a bit after about 2 months and d pain I m in right now..my whole body is paining but dats d sign DAT its working..its nice.. let’s see wat happens!! 🙂
