  2. I will do this exercise for a month and get back to you every 2weeks. I
    will only be doing this exercise so I can tell you guys if you can just do
    this one and get abs. I will try and remember every two weeks but reply to
    this so I get notifications

  3. Seen this workout today and tried it and felt it working my stomach very
    well. I’m going to try doing this routine everyday for 2 weeks and comment
    back my updates on how it went.
    Would anyone like to try this with me so the update in two weeks is more
    precise?

  4. Started this today and planning on dojng it 3-4 times a week! I have thin
    arms and legs, though I have a big belly and I am so conscious of it! If
    you are interested I will do an uptade of my progress! Today I did half of
    this video and half of another video, but yeah that´s all for now! Wish me
    luck..

  5. I’ll be doing this workout, and i plan to keep you guys updated every week.
    Keep in mind that i will be incorporating a healthy diet and other
    exercises. Wish me luck, first week done and it burns like crazy

  6. i just did this and it k i l l e d me. i will keep trying though! i want
    abs like yours! i also run every other day (3 miles)so i guess the days i
    dont run, i will fill it in with this! i also try to eat as clean as
    possible and drink a lot of water so… hopefully i will see results in the
    next couple of months

  7. I’ve been doing this for the past two weeks, and I’m seeing results! My
    core is getting tighter, and my tummy is getting smaller. I do the workout
    three times a week so I may not see the results as fast as someone doing it
    every day, but I’m seeing results slowly but surely.

  8. Seriously, I’ve been following this video for a month, I do this everyday
    (cuz it’s only 10minutes) and my ab is getting slimmer and I can feel
    muscle building! The first time I did this I can barely finish once and now
    it’s very easy to finish and I and move faster in each routine! I can post
    a before and after picture after three months hahha!! No joke, only 10
    minutes a day this video is a gem
