After having a heart attack I was told by a “cardiac education nurse” that I could have no more than two eggs PER WEEK, no dairy, and no more than 4oz of red meat per week…. did I mention that this woman weighed about 80# and had a constant tremor? She looked like the crypt keeper, but I bet her blood pressure and cholesterol were perfect though! lol.

  2. Eggs contain so much cholesterol what is the main cause of heart attack and they are hens periods. Why would you eat periods?
