  1. Can you still build muscle at that low of a body percentage if you work out heavy? Or what percentage is it when you worry about muscle loss?

  2. @jay733 You don’t lose muscle from losing fat. You do, however, burn muscle if you burn too many calories since you body thinks you are starving and it will consume some muscle along with fat.

  3. The first bioelectric impedance test you did on your scales in the previous video gave you a result of 5.7%. This much more expensive test gave you 5.9%. If we assume the hydrostatic test is correct, that means your scales were only 0.2% off, or 96.7% accurate in the first test. With this in mind, I’d have to say that bioelectric impedance offers (by far) the best combination of accuracy, convenience and cost vs other testing methods.
