  3. Do not use the electric tester. Its very inaccurate. Ive dont it many times
    and it says im at 9% bodyfat the multiples times i tried it. I used the
    caliper fold and its about 14%.

  7. can you tell me how i have to measure my belly fat correctly. i want to use
    the measurement from jackson and pollock. some guys measure the belly fat
    by taking the calliper vertically others horizontally. thanks for the
    adivices 

  8. My wife is a personal trainer of many years and she says this is an
    unprofessional as it gets. If most people thought they had to pull their
    pants down below their crouch to do so, they would never let a personal
    trainer measure them. Wearing shorts or baggy pants work just fine to get
    the areas needed by dropping the pants only a couple inches below the naval
    and raising them up to expose the mid thigh.

  10. This demonstration was very helpful. I measured about two weeks ago and
    just measured again today to make sure I was using it correctly and to my
    surprise I was. Based on these result I’ve lost one inch of body fat. This
    makes me very happy because I was stuck on what body weight I was according
    to the scale. I’m not sure whether this is slow or average progress but I’m
    excited either way.

    estimate myself closer to 16-20%.

    internet, i find all calculaters but never the formule…
    Why is it so difficult to give the formule behind the calculater?? It’s not
    to find on internet… Don’t get it.

  14. Lee Hayward. I would love to try that water one. problem, I do not float. I
    always sink. not sure why. I had heard some where; if you have more muscles
    less fat, you sink. I have alot of fat and see people way leaner and built
    float. Why can’t I ?

  15. Bod pod needs to be properly calibrated and maintained or it’s inaccurate.
    Electronic testers are useless..

    That is most definitely too low of an estimation lol

  17. it’s weird when I measured the skin in 3 places . The calliper just about
    touched my skin/before my skin. I got 11% +3% for error which makes sense
    but the 11% defo not.
