If the child sees that you are eating and enjoy the food, they are more likely too imitate you and eat it as well. Children have a desire to follow the example set by those they look up to.

  2. Making oatmeal with milk instead of water makes it taste so much better. If you don’t like rich and creamy oatmeal than water is your best option.
