  1. absolute beginner here, i walked at a fast pace today for 30 minutes that included two short bursts of jogging (maybe 20 seconds) and all I can say is – if the zombies ever show up, i’m a goner, lol. Will keep trying though. thanks for the tips!

  2. Thank you so much! I was landing on my heel and then trying to roll my feet and because of this I also had a very straight up position (no slight lean forward) which caused me great knee pain ๐Ÿ™ … thank you for all your tips! I will follow them on my run today!

  3. also a mistake some make is pushing too hard to get in front using calves thus tiring them out before their stamina is out,try using upper legs as you u are about to jump

  4. I ran maybe 1/4 a mile today in GA… not even 5 min into trying to “RUN” I have one of the worst athematic attacks I have had in about 10 years. Mind you… it is hotter than the underside of Satan’s ball sack outside and I’m sweatin like a hooker on nickel night.
    I don’t have an inhaler on me and I gets so bad that I fall over. I’m sittin there on the sidewalk with my arms above my head Weezin and Gaspin for air like a fish outta water. It must of looked bad because some couple pulled over asking if I needed them to call 911… TURNS OUT my face wasn’t just red. It was almost purple!
    I have never ran before in my entire life. But my hubby is a Marine and I wanna surprise him when he sees me again in a few months. I’ve been lifting weights. But I’m startin to think runnin just ain’t my cup of tea!

  5. I’ve been running wrong with my feet my whole life, and it’s like damages my chins and calves. I’ve been running in my toes and only my toes since I started running, and it is not the thing to do.
