  1. I’m trying to train myself so I can join the military when I’m 18 (I’m 15 now) and I live in Sweden so it is more rare to go to restaurants. We go to restaurants once every 6 months. but I eat fast food at least 2 times a month. So here’s how I have been working out the last week. I’m jogging 2,5 km without stopping then when I’m home I do 20 push ups and 30 sit ups, I do this every day.

    Will this make a difference? I really want to build muscle mass and I don’t know how so if yo u reply it will for sure make an impact.

  3. Wait so you’re saying that all the workout I did wasn’t for anything but in reality I just needed to burn fat from the arms and chest and the belly will start burning last?

  4. Replace alcohol with weed, weed doesn’t affect anything barely , it also take away the pain the next day after a crazy workout

  5. Would restaurant hamburgers be “Ok”? I wasn’t sure if you said only fast food burgers are terrible or any hamburgers.

  7. Great video. To agree with you, I’ll give you a saying we have in the Southern US: “If you put the cat in the oven, she won’t have biscuits.” If you stand in the gym, you won’t get fit.
