How to perform a 7-site skinfold body fat measurement on a female

Do not restrict your diet to the point where your cravings become an obsession. If you restrict cravings too much, you are more likely to binge, which leads to weight gain.

This video will explain how to measure the 7 standard sites for measuring body composition using a caliper. Site include: chest, midaxillary, suprailiac, abdominal, triceps, subscapular, and thigh. It also includes tips on how to properly measure waist circumference.
