  3. Didn’t work for me. I started eating with chopsticks as well so I eat slower and smaller portions. I exercise intensively as well. Fuck my body.

  7. I didn’t see any difference in the size of the examples, even with the larger and smaller objects around them.

  8. A better option is binging and vomiting till you just drop dead. I am currently trying this method and its working for me so far but I lost some of my teeth and my esophagus bleeds constantly.

  11. Is that actually true, anatomically? Because I’ve heard simply eating less doesn’t necessarily make you lose wait( even though it should in theory).

    Go to a different planet with lower gravity.

  14. My old mentor Jens taught me the way to lose or gain weight without doing anything really.
    Our body and what we eat is at a very fine balance for what we need. If we eat 1% less than what we normally eat over a longer period of 1-2 weeks we lose weight, same rules apply if we eat 1% more than we normally do we gain weight.

    I am a pretty tall dude reaching 1.95 m, my body weight was 2 months ago 65 kg which is too little for a guy my size. i began eating 1 more potato than i usually eat 1 more slice of bread beef or veggies, and now weigh 75 kg which is still a little less than i should weigh but i look alot healthier now i gained 10 kg, i have plan on reaching 85 kg which i still do not think is overweight.
    All im saying is if you want to lose weight start by eating 1 less potato or what ever you eat and you will see after your body gets used to lower intake of food that your weight will go down.
