  1. What do you mean by the method only lasting a few hours? Does the stomach
    just go back to the same as before?

  2. If you all want to lose weight or have an improved body ladies, EXERCISE
    and/or eat HEALTHY! You all can do it, and remember these (Body Wrap Shits)
    are just a temporary solution, Literally just about a day or less.

  3. *TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK*
    I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
    I’ve tried other “hacks” and things requiring cinnamon, and never had a
    reaction, so I thought this was okay to do.
    While doing this it seemed fine, it felt like I had a heating pad on my
    waist. I had also decided to try it on my upper arms. After leaving it on
    for a bit while working out, I took the wraps off and it looked the same as
    hers in the video, just a little red it didn’t feel to bad it was just a
    little tingly and was warm.
    I got in the shower, immediately when the hot water hit it it hurt so bad.
    So I said to myself,
    “Well my skin is a little sensitive at the moment so I will just use cold
    water.”
    I put the cold water on and instantly after stepping in the cold water it
    felt like someone was using a sand blaster on my skin.
    I was almost in tears this hurt so bad.
    So I used my moisturising body wash and washed my skin 6 times trying to
    make it not hurt and each time it hurt more and more.
    I couldn’t take it anymore so I got out and dried off.
    My skin at this point was so hot it was radiating heat.
    I put on some lotion on it and my skin was soaking up the lotion faster
    than I could apply it. I used almost half a bottle of lotion on my waist
    and arms.
    When I put on my pajamas, my skin hurt so much and it felt like a furnace.
    It’s been about an hour and it doesn’t burn any more but my arms are still
    a bit hot.
    I wasn’t even thinner. It made no difference.
    Me personally have a high tolerance of pain, so that kinda says a lot when
    I was on the verge of crying from how much this hurt.
