Weight Loss Tip: Don't use fruit juices as a replacement for fruits. Although healthier than sugary carbonated beverages, fruit juices still contain a lot of calories but lack some of the nutrients found in whole fruits. Further, because juices are not as filling as fruits, they are not as effective in helping you eat less.
PLEASE do a patch test on your arm with the mixture to make sure this method will not irritate your skin and if you have sensitive skin I would avoid this. This worked for me but it doesn’t always work for everyone. If you do the mixture please do a patch test at least 24 hours before trying to make sure you aren’t allergic to it. Please do not do if you have sensitive skin and this method only lasts a few hours, do it max two times a week. ONLY try this method if you’re 18+.
