I’ve been doing this my whole life (basically), I wake up, i don’t eat breakfast, I usually skip lunch, when I get home from school (16:00 most days) I eat quite a bit of junk food then I’ll have my dinner around 19:00, and repeat the cycle, I always wondered why I wasn’t fat with my poor diet choices.
