  3. I eat about 1450 calories 5 days a week and probably about 2300 calories 2
    days a week for the passed month. I drink about 3-4 litres of water a day.
    problem is I don’t lose any weight at all, in fact those 2 days I eat more
    I gain 1-3 pounds then lose them in the other 5 days. I don’t do much
    exercise as I want because of long working hours. Also I lost about 6 stone
    a year ago but gained about 20 pounds back, now I can’t seem to shift the
    weight. I lost it from eating less but didn’t do that much exercise.

  4. I only do about 10-15 minutes of cardio after lifting. Someone said if your
    workout is intense enough after weight training can be consider some
    cardio. Don’t need to over do it when ur trying to gain muscle. Is that
    true?

    saggy loose skin because they do way too much cardio and drop their weight
    too fast as well as no lifting
