  9. If you waking up at around 5am don’t stop eating at 3. I did and I was starving the whole day. I go to sleep around 9pm So I had 6 hours without eating. A normal human should feed themselves every three hours. So I should’ve eaten 2 times before I went to bed. Not going to lie, I lost 0 pounds. Don’t recommend that method.
