  7. OK here is the truth if you want your belly to be level do this exercise if
    u want it to be small and level please avoid this exercise it’s only
    building up the muscles in the abs which makes it bigger I had worked
    really hard to make my belly smaller with leg and arm excercises and a
    balanced diet
