How to Lose Belly Fat: 5 Minute Abs


Weight Loss Tip: Eating less fat will result in weight loss. On average, Americans consume way to many grams of fat per day. We should only be consuming around 30% of our calories from fat, which is not that much. When eating fats, it is best to make sure they are in a nutritional form, such as an avocado. Don't eliminate fat completely to lose weight, but do keep how much your are eating to a minimum.

  1. So I’m starting today with my ab journey. I’m gonna do this every night
    during the week before bed. Who’s up to do it with me? I’ll update my
    progress in a month from now. Here’s to getting a flat tummy! We got this!

  2. I’m so confused on these Ab videos- half of the people say you need to lose
    overall weight to see abs and then the other half say just do these
    exercises and it’ll change overtime. Then you see women like Kim K with a
    thick body and flat stomach like wtf is the answer?!?

    past three weeks!

  5. i have been doing one 10 minute ab workout and one 5 minute ab workout and
    the results are so awesome! Still striving for abs, but I have a much
    flatter stomach! Eating clean can also add so much to your daily routine!
