  1. This seems rather interesting 🙂 At least it’s worth a try. I’ve only been
    able to do cardio based workouts at the moment, but I have a couple of
    dumbbells as well so it may be worth adding some variety into my workouts.

  3. she’s like ‘pheeeeew’ with 3 lbs… lol I’m working my arms with 10 to
    20lbs so this is funny to me.

  4. Bout to do this every few days (5-6 days a week) in anticipation to my
    valedictory formal. Only using 1kg weights though since it’s the only ones
    I have. Can update on progress though if anyone is interested, I’ll be
    (trying) to do this for a month and a half lel

  5. 14 yrs this year, been doing this for 6 months with many breaks in between
    and it works really well!! Everyone should give it a try!

  6. I have been using this video three times per week for 3 months now, using 3
    kg weight (roughly 6 pounds weight). And I definitely see results after 2-3
    weeks. My arms become more toned….somehow makes them look longer, lol.

    I love this video. Bear in mind that it might take longer if you are using
    only 3 pounds weight as she did in the video. I only have 6 pounds ones at
    home, so I had no other choice. It was really hard to go through at
    first…but the result is worth it.

  8. Being the nerd I am I decided to try this, when she brought out the weights
    I was like ‘oh fuck’ since I don’t own any. I decided to improvise and now
    I’m lifting books. Fml

  9. It makes no sense, I see some people saying “I started today, I will tell
    you guys my improvement” but then they don’t comment shit afterwards. Are
    they dead? p-p
