  11. Sorry no like. Why post dah? People expect to learn, and there’s nothing to learn. Go stand in front of a wall, put your arms out, palms out flat against the wall. Lean towards the wall bending at the elbows like a push up, do this ten times, rest repeat for 3 sets of 10. Next, put your arms over your head, clasp your hands behind your head and raise them straight up, 10 times 3 sets. Last, sit in a chair with arms. Push yourself up from being seated, again 3 sets of 10. These are easy to do, no weights needed, just resistance.
