  4. I got out of the Marine Corps after 8yrs a while back. During the last 6
    months, I haven’t worked out as I needed a long vacation before I
    transferred to the civilian workforce. Now, I am 30lbs heavier with boobs.
    lol..funny but depressing. I was a ripped and lean 5 11, 185 Marine/MMA
    fighter but now I dont even like to remove my shirt in front of my fiance
    unless the lights are off. I know how to diet and train which I will be
    starting soon but need advice on the perfect calorie plan. We drink lots of
    soda daily and fried fatty foods frequently. Those I am cutting out, which
    will be hard as my fiance isnt gving them up.

    learned everything about healthy eating and exercise from martial arts.
    Explosive callisthenic workouts combined with a well portioned diet is my
    rule of thumb for anyone. Portions for a healthy meal should be 3 fist
    sized portions on your plate. one for protein, one for veggies and one for
    carbs. fruit can be snacked on in moderation and ALWAYS get plenty of water
    intake. a lot of hunger cravings is actually dehydration and you’ll find a
    glass of water often curbs those cravings.
    Get 7-8 hours sleep, have something high in protein and fatty acids to kick
    start your day like yogurt and brazil nuts, with honey on top. Honey is a
    good healthy and quick source of sugars which your brain needs to function
    correctly.

  6. I’m try this starting Feb thru March. I’ve already started eating
    lean,eating a lot of veggies and not eating late night.I just need to get
    going with small exercise like them push-ups. I’ll deff come back and give

  7. Mine is not fat. Idk what it is but it’s hard and round and it’s at the tip
    on my man boobs, I don’t mind the puffy chest but the mass hurts me. Is it
    gynocamastia?
