  1. When I did the workout and I did the plank again it didn’t burn as much as when I did it in the workout. This is also going to help models like me get fit and be flat tummy. Thank you so much I haven’t got flat stomach yet but I know I’ll get it.

  8. Been doing this on and off last month and i didnt noticed much of a difference but I engaged myself to this more I’ve been doing this for 5 days straight now and I can really see the difference! My stomach is much flatter imagine the results 3 months from now! Just saying, it does work.
