  1. Uh, im not giving up cereal for breakfast. I eat cereal cause I refuse to
    eat the heavy greasy stuff like sausage,bacon, and biscuits. And I refuse
    to eat pancakes, cinnamon rolls, or doughnuts.

  2. i eat brown rice wholemeal bread and wholemeal cereal. in small portions. i
    dont think i can give up gluten completely.

  3. Damn! I’m having 273 g of carbs a day. It’s from brown rice, eggs, chicken,
    and tuna. Is this good or bad?

    it) to shed 17 pounds, I learned a lot about it. Consequently of course I

    my wedding. I truly could have done with burning off 12 lbs back then.
