    straightforward but once I watched this I realized I was doing it all
    wrong.

  2. Hi Mike! I would like to know why do you prefer the accumeasure caliper
    that’s a one-site method over the three or seven-site ones? Aren’t those
    more accurate? I mean, some people may lose fat faster on their arms or
    legs and that first caliper wouldn’t show that progress… would it? So
    that being said, would you recommend better the SLIMGUIDE CALIPER?

  4. Im gonna have to call bullshit. Most elite body builders are in the 4-5%
    range. This guy is probably more like 7-10% And Im not trying to be
    disrespectful, but after reading a lot on the subject you rarely see people
    below 6 or 7%.

  5. +Mike Matthews I am 18 years old and just got 4% body fat (4-5mm) kinda
    unrealistic.
    And i still dont look as lean as you Mike.
