  3. Hi there beautiful. I have a YouTube channel as well that is about my
    journey on losing weight currently. Since I started I weighed 322 pounds I
    am now down to 277 pounds. My highest weight ever was 353 pounds. Do you
    think that doing these exercises will shrink down all of the loose skin
    that I have from my weight loss? Do you think there are special
    circumstances where someone may have to have surgery to remove excess skin
    and fat? I don’t want to do the surgery in place of exercise, but I wonder
    if there is a possibility that I may still eventually have to have some
    kind of surgery since I have stretched out so much skin. Thank you so much
