How I Lost 30 Lbs In 30 Days WITHOUT Exercise! (Pics Included)


Weight Loss Tip: When you're working on losing weight, try keeping a picture of yourself when you started with you at all times. To keep yourself motivated when you're craving fast food or skipping exercise, look at the picture and ask yourself if you really want to look like that forever. Then get back to your program!

Diet Plan Details:

Days 1 through 7 – drink water only. If hunger pains become unbearable, fall back on a vegetable, a fruit, a yogurt, or protein bar of your choice. The brand does not matter. Do not do this more than once a day.

Days 8 through 30 – Have a small cup of cereal for breakfast (kellogs, frosted flakes, or special k). For lunch, have a PALM full of anything you’d like except fried foods, fast food, beef or pork. For dinner, have any fruit you’d like. Dinner should not be eaten past 7pm.

Drinks lots and lots of water all day. Add lemon for taste, if needed.

NO EXERCISE is required!

  3. absolutely brilliant advice…people can tweak this to their liking though the premise of having pure water as the basis of nutrition consumption, and have a vegertarian to vegan to fruit focus is brilliant

  4. Yea you’ll lose the weight quick and gain it back just as fast! Starving yourself and not exercising is the absolute worst thing you can do for your body! And as soon as you go back to eating normal meals all the weight will come right back.

  6. I’m sorry to disappoint you all but the weight will come back. Yes you can lose weight not exercising and restricting foods like a lot, but as long as you resume a normal level of activity it will all come back, and more. The only way is trough a whole lifestyle change to a healthy one. That is adecuate daily exercise, proper nutrition and rest. No way around. Fat cells can shrink and expand up to 1000x their volume, this accounts to a rapid weight lose. But once they are created don’t go away easy. You need a total body recomposition. Changing your metabolism, working muscle, strengh, flexibility, stamina, and endurance. It takes at least a year to achieve permanent results.

  7. This is so unhealthy. Even when you lose the weight, you gain t right back. Starving yourself only works temporarily and is extremely dangerous to your health if you do it long term. You need energy to make it through the day. This is absurd. You’re giving horrible advice

  8. No lie you have to cut out and keep calorie intake to under 1000, if exercising then 1200-1500

  9. Eventually, I came across a diet that is simple to follow. I am so anxious to continue this kind of journey and to lose yet another 7 lbs. Check out “sowo amazing plan” on google.

  12. Day 7 w/ nothing but water to drink. BTW a Big Gulp has 350 calories and yes…that allows for ice.

  13. All I have been drinking for the past 40 years is water and black coffee. And in order to be full, I chose a diet I could use that allows me to eat until I’m full. That is the ketogenic diet. I lost over 80 pounds this way and this diet has all the foods I like and it disallows the foods I don’t like so in this way I was lucky to find this diet. Ketogenic is 75% fat, 15% protein, as close to zero carbs as possible (and believe me, it ISN’T possible, so just go as LOW as possible – below 20-40 carbs per day), and absolutely NO SUGARS IN ANY FORM – even fruit. No honey, no fruit, no artificial sugars. Only stevia or erythritol is allowed but in very small quantity. The reason I say this diet (which I’ve been on for over 40 years and absolutely love) is perfect for me is because I love savory foods but I hate sweet things. Even as a kid I hated sweet things and would throw up if I ate them. They taste really nasty to me. But savory fatty foods are what I like.

  15. A WATER FAST is when you only drink WATER. Eating anything during a water fast is not a true fast. This entire video is just starving yourself, which will waste away your muscles. Working out and eating HEALTHY helps you to lose weight. What you’re eating is so important. Don’t listen to her
