My Workout Routine

10 Min Warm Up Run

Circuit Training ( Sets of 20, 10, 5)
Jump Squats

I loved the recipe but please don’t cut the chicken on the same board as the vegetables, especially cause the chicken was raw and when you cut things it creates little cuts in the board which kind of hoards the little raw chicken pieces in it, it is not healthy for you at all! also, please wash your mushrooms before cooking them and always cook your chicken before your vegetable cause chicken needs to cook longer! I’m not tryna hate just trying to help a sister out, you look great btw 🙂
