Organic Eggs with Spelt Toast, Berry Fruit Salad, Sliced Avocado

3 Organic Eggs (2 whites, 1 whole)
1 Slice Organic Spelt Bread
Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Pomegranate Berries (all organic)
1/2 Organic Avocado (sliced)
1/2 Cup Chopped Organic Onion

FATS: Teaspoon Organic Ghee (clarified butter)
SPICES: Organic Garlic Cloves, Crushed Red & Black Peppercorns, Himalayan Sea-Salt

1.) You can add any type of vegetable or green (spinach, kale, etc.) to your eggs or on the side of this dish!

2.) When whisking eggs, add a slight pour of milk (any) for fluffier eggs!
