I hope you guys got some good work out and fitness ideas on things to add to your current workout routine or things to start working out by doing! My favorite work out are the leg floaters (where my legs kick up and down and then i put them together and raise them both up and down 8 times). This burns a lot but your abs are so tight after! In dance the first time i ever did those i almost cried because we did 80 of them and i couldnt handle it! Haha… im such a dork. Anyway, i did a healthy foods video on nutrition and meals for lunch and that can be found on my channel as the video right before this one! I hope you guys have fun with this workout routine and hit the gym or the beach or your room and get active! Youll feel so much more healthy and energized and ready for your bikini 🙂 xoxo, eva

  2. Me: Ok, let’s see how my healthy eating is going. Today I ate:
    Cereal
    Chai Tea
    Potato soup with bacon bits
    3 chocolate donuts
    half a plain glazed donut
    Cheesy tortellini with tomato sauce and a crap ton of parmesan
    A third of a rice stuffed grape leaf that turned out to be hella disgusting
    And some strawberries

    Well there’s my abs of steel out the window…
