  7. Hi! I recently started keto diet, and im having trouble keeping my protein moderate. I keep ending up around 15 grams carbs, 75 grams of fat, and 100 grams of protein. Im trying to lose body fat, and i think my protein is too high but i dont know how to lower it without feeling hungry. What do you think

If he was or is a fugitive, why do you think he would bother telling us he’s in Ecuador . how about its probably a relatively inexpensive place to live or perhaps his job requires or required him to live there.   13. The food you eat seems massively healthier than what other supposed Ketoites eat. High quality food, high taste, a good amount of varied textures, etc. It’s simple real food, yet more exciting too! Basic yet thoughtful.
