  3. not only do i appreciate the workout, i appreciate you doing it against a plain white background and much more for the voice over that is clear and audible compared to a huffy heavy breathing exercizer. wish all workouts were this lovely!

  4. finally came to try this…and noticed the excercise shown in thumbnail, and listed in printable, is not included…Rear Leg Raise…

  5. Is this safe if you have back issues? I had a herniated disc and a bulge disc in my lower back a couple years ago, and would like an exercise to help me with my core. I DO NOT want to hurt my back again. any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
