  1. Doctor… you say at the beginning of the video that isn’t a good thing to
skip meals as breakfast… so, intermittent fasting? if you fast you
usually begin your day without a meal…

  2. I’m in my 3rd week on weight watchers. I’ve cut out ALL processed or
packaged foods except for 1 thing. I simply LOVE a slice of toast with my
eggs in the morning. Will that totally sabotage my entire day/week/efforts?

  3. I wish I knew this while my mom was still alive. She was diabetic and
suffered amputation, blindness and eventually died from complications
associated with diabetes. With the information you are so generously
sharing, I believe you will be responsible for saving many lives.. God
    bless you and thank you

  4. Dr, there is one thing missing from your site – recipes. A lot of the stuff
you recommend to get into ketosis, I wouldnt know what to do with it.
There’s a lot of veg on that list that I dont eat and never have. So some
recipes to try would be helpful. Also, why only kale smoothie? Why not say,
a spinach smoothie? And why stevia to flavour the kale smoothie? Why not
blueberries or pear or something? Isnt fruit better than a packaged
    sweetener?

  5. I can seriously not thank you enough for this precious and well-explained
information! I seriously couldn’t understand why I wasn’t losing weight and
now I know it’s because of my horrible sleeping schedule and overly
strenuous workouts! But I need to ask you a couple questions as I need to
have a clearer image of your recommendations so I can follow them. Is
animal fat good? Is whole milk good? (I find both of these items really
gross honestly) And I would just love to understand the possible science
behind why there are some thin vegans. Thank you very much!

  6. I keep hearing info is the info below e.g.
“Download the Fat Burning Food Chart Below” Where exactly is this? It makes
me to question, if what I am hearing is accurate information?

  7. PEOPLE: i’m on high carb diet eating pasta, grains, fruits and plain sugar
and guess what? I’m getting SHREDDED.. Why? -I’m in caloric-deficit!
That’s where you have to be to lose FAT! It really isnt about CARBS only!!!
If your body needs more calories and you don’t give any to him your body
    has to step into fatstores

  8. Dr can you do a Video on how do i eat Hamburgers and sweet and sour pork
and still loose weight? Thank you.

  9. I have been researching Resistant Starch and would like to add it to keto
and maybe cut back a bit on fat as I have had gall bladder removal. Is this
possible? I also dont like all the animal products especially as there is
mostly conventional non organic food where I live. This quote is from
Prevention.com and I was wondering if this quote was correct:

“Resistant starch fuels weight loss by burning both body fat and visceral
fat (aka belly fat), which surrounds your internal organs. This “hidden”
fat has been shown in some studies to be a marker of increased disease
risk. RS also enhances your body’s ability to metabolize nutrients. Because
it helps you feel full, you tend to consume fewer calories at each meal—and
remember, taking in fewer calories than you burn is the key to weight-loss
    success.”

Hope you get to this. Youre a great asset to us all.

  10. i love watching this channel as comedic entertainment haha the
misinformation and contradictions are off the charts lol

  11. so in this video you say NOT to skip breakfast, but in the intermittent
fasting videos you say that if you’re not hungry SKIP breakfast

    so whats is it ?

  12. I have a question sir that i don’t know how to go down below and find and
down loud that prescription please help me some how i really wana lose
weight also i am going to gym 4 times a week

  13. dr Berg. thought I would point out some of your videos have contradictory
information. ie potassium amounts. otherwise your information is really
good. I know it would see it probably be a lot of work butt you may want to
consider going through some of the videos or having somebody else check
them. I would start with the oldest stuff first. thank you dr. your
    information is really fantastic.
