Fast Weight Loss Exercises to Lose 5 Pounds Every Week

Here’s is the basic layout of this fast weight loss workout…

1. Do 15 power cleans with a barbell or dumbbells with a weight that will challenge you for 15 reps. don’t pick a weight that you could possibly do 50 reps with and have no problems. If too had use a chair or lighter weights.

2. Rest 90 seconds or a minute and a half.

3. Do 15 thrusters which are basically front squats to push presses and these can be done with a barbell or dumbbells and again you can use a chair and/or lighter dumbbell and loaded barbells if too hard for you.

4. Rest 90 seconds or a minute and a half.

5. Now you combine the exercise from number 1 & 3 and do a clean and press by first doing a power clean followed by a thruster or followed by a front squat to push press for 15 reps.

6. Take a 60 second or 1 minute break.

8. Take a 60 second or 1 minute break.

10. Repeat this at last 1 more time.

  1. When considering eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern
    fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones
    that seriously limit your everyday nutritionary intake. While they may
    generate fast weight loss, these kinds of diet plans will never be a
    long-term answer for your weight problem. You should check out Fenoboci
    Diet Plan on google search engine since it is not just another fad diet
    where you starve yourself.

  2. Can you make one of these for bad knees? I love working out but my Doctor
    said to avoid alot of bending knee positions.

  3. Amazing thanks for much. I started working out at the pool aqua class but
    only get there 2 times a week. I need something else to crosstrain and I
    know weight at 5 lbs are great. I used to do situps etc with them to help
    shrink my stomach…I am now over 50 and want to stay fit and healthy!!
